UNA St Ives Resort

We have been involved with the UNA St Ives Resort since 2016. We have developed design masterplan for a hotel development and a series of phase landscape masterplans for new holiday villas as they are constructed across the site. In 2022 we worked closely with Architects Dyer on the design of an outdoor Lido pool and food and beverage facilities to extend the core of the resort.

This phase included dining terraces, substantial planting areas, and ornamental water features. It was opened to the public in 2023. In 2024 the first new villas were completed with shared garden spaces. The next phases will be completed in 2025 and the project will be on-going for the foreseeable future.
